These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of laserpromo.app and to purchases, custom quote requests, artwork submissions, and other transactions with Laser Promo, operated by Remi Creative LLC. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders and Quotes
Website prices, custom quotes, product availability, production times, and specifications may change before an order is accepted. A custom quote is not an accepted order until any required approvals and payment arrangements are completed. We may decline or cancel an order when we cannot reasonably produce it, when information is incomplete, or when the order violates these terms or applicable law.
Customization and Customer Information
You are responsible for reviewing names, dates, spelling, quantities, colors, sizes, artwork, and other personalization details you submit. Because customized products are made specifically for the customer, changes may not be possible after production begins.
Artwork and Proof Approval
When a proof is provided, production may rely on the version you approve. Approval confirms that you have reviewed the layout, spelling, placement, and other visible details. Minor differences can occur between digital previews and finished engraved or printed products because of material, finish, manufacturing, display settings, or production processes.
Your Artwork and Intellectual Property
You represent that you have the right to use and reproduce any logo, image, text, trademark, photograph, design, or other material you submit. You grant Laser Promo permission to use submitted material only as reasonably necessary to quote, proof, manufacture, fulfill, and support your order. We may refuse content that we reasonably believe infringes another party's rights or violates applicable law.
Payments
Amounts due, deposits, taxes, shipping charges, setup charges, and other fees will be shown at checkout or in the applicable quote or order confirmation. Payment processing may be provided by a third-party payment processor. An order may be held until required payment is received.
Production and Delivery
Production and delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Delays may occur because of artwork approval, inventory, carrier delays, supplier issues, weather, equipment, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Shipping risk and carrier claims are handled according to the shipping method and carrier involved.
Cancellations, Returns, and Problems With an Order
Cancellation or return eligibility depends on the product, customization status, and whether production has begun. Personalized and made-to-order items may have limited return options. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order details, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Customer-Supplied Items
If we agree to engrave or customize an item supplied by you, you acknowledge that laser engraving and other production processes involve some risk of damage, variation, or an unexpected material reaction. Any special terms for customer-supplied items may be stated in the applicable quote or order confirmation.
Website Use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, or use the service for unlawful activity. Website content, branding, layouts, text, and original graphics owned by Laser Promo or its licensors may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.
Disclaimer and Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. Laser Promo is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or a transaction, except where such limitations are not permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms apply from the effective date shown above and will be posted on this page.
